Established in 2021 by Arpit Dave, Viral Chhajer, Gnanesh Chilukuri, and Aravind Reddy, Smartstaff represents the second entrepreneurial venture for these visionary co-founders, who previously achieved success by selling their startup Runnr to Zomato back in 2018. With a talented team of 140 members possessing expertise in Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations, Smartstaff is well-equipped to revolutionize India's burgeoning manufacturing industry.
